Do Dham Yatra Uttarakhand, also known as the do dham yatra, is a two part pilgrimage tour of Hindu religious sites in India. The Do dham Yatra Uttarakhand takes you to the two holiest destinations of the Hindus: Badrinath & Kedarnath, It is believed that performing this tour purifies one's mind and soul from all earthly bonds and instills a sense of freedom. En route to these destinations, pilgrims also visit many other holy places which include Rishikesh, Haridwar, and many more.
The Do Dham Yatra Uttarakhand can be made by foot or horseback, but most pilgrims opt for a tour company to provide transportation and basic accommodation with tents.

Pick up from Delhi and transfers to Haridwar/Rishikesh Visit Har Ki Pauri at Haridwar Take Part in Ganga Aarti Check-in at Hotel Dinner Overnight stay at Hotel
Rishikesh/Haridwar -Rudraprayag/Guptkashi Morning after breakfast drive to Rudraprayag Enroute visit Devprayag & Rudraprayag Sangam On arrival check-in at Hotel, take some rest Dinner Overnight stay at hotel
Rudraprayag/Guptkashi – Sitapur- Kedarnath (35 Kms & 22 Kms trek) Early morning checkout from the hotel and drive to Sitapur. From here, we will start 22 Kms trek to Kedarnath. Either by walk, Doli or by horse at own cost. In the evening visit Shankaracharya Samadhi behind the temple and take a part in evening Aarti. Stay at Kedarnath ( by your own )
Kedarnath - Chopta (22 Kms Down Trek & 35 Kms 3 hrs approx by Road) Early morning (4:00 AM) go for temple darshan, and then trek down to Sitapur. Reach cab parking at Sitapur then proceed to Chopta. On arrival check-in the Camps. Dinner Overnight stay at the Camps.
Wake up early & witness the beautiful sunrise. Have breakfast & Checkout from Camps. Start your trek of 5 Km to Tungnath. Reach Tungnath & pay your respect at the highest abode of Lord Shiva. Then start your journey to most astonished Chandrashila peak (if weather permits) Proceed to Pipalkoti/Joshimath Check-in atHotel Dinner Stay at Hotel
Morning proceed to Badrinathtake bath in Tapt Kund it’s also called Suryakund. Then go for temple darshan. After a short break go for interesting sightseeing of Mana Village (the firstvillage before the Tibetan border). Visit Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa,Bhim pul and the "Mukh" of the Saraswati river. Evening return to Hotel, Dinner & Overnight stayat hotel
Pipalkoti/Joshimath - Rishikesh/Haridwar Morning after breakfast drive to Rishikesh. Reach Rishikesh & visit Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula In evening take part in aarti in Triveni Ghat (if time permits) After aarti darshan return back to hotel for overnight stay.
Rishikesh/Haridwar - Delhi (250 kms approx). After breakfast checkout from hotel. Early Morning depart for Delhi. Drop at Delhi. Trips End with wonderful Blessings & Everlasting Memories.

Your tour will conclude in San Francisco on Day 8 of the trip. There are no activities planned for this day so you're free to depart at any time. We highly recommend booking post-accommodation to give yourself time to fully experience the wonders of this iconic city!
Day 1 of this tour is an arrivals day, which gives you a chance to settle into your hotel and explore Los Angeles. The only planned activity for this day is an evening welcome meeting at 7pm, where you can get to know your guides and fellow travellers. Please be aware that the meeting point is subject to change until your final documents are released.
Airport transfers are not included in the price of this tour, however you can book for an arrival transfer in advance. In this case a tour operator representative will be at the airport to greet you. To arrange this please contact our customer service team once you have a confirmed booking.
This tour has an age range of 12-70 years old, this means children under the age of 12 will not be eligible to participate in this tour. However, if you are over 70 years please contact us as you may be eligible to join the tour if you fill out G Adventures self-assessment form.
